Lindisfarne Awarded Government Grant

Lindisfarne is delighted to share with you the good news that it has been awarded a grant by the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills to set up an internet forum. The Forum will provide a chance for people from different religious traditions to discuss questions concerning religion and ethics.

Cathy Rowling, Principal says, “This exciting opportunity for Lindisfarne is the result of a considerable amount of partnership working undertaken by Alastair Macnaughton, Lindisfarne’s Developing Discipleship Officer. We are now working towards the launch of the Forum – details of which will appear on this website before long.”

The grant has been given as part of the Government’s Informal adult learning initiative, The Learning Revolution.
